Step into a realm of pure enchantment this Christmas and Holiday Season. From Santa and his reindeer soaring through the skies to joyful elves spreading holiday cheer, each scene will fill your heart with delight and wonder.

But the enchantment doesn't end there! When you drive through the dazzling tunnel, you'll be transported to a dreamlike world where lights twirl and glisten all around you, creating an immersive experience that's truly one-of-a-kind.

Watch as the lights harmoniously dance to the melodies of beloved holiday songs, setting the ideal festive atmosphere and adding an extra layer of enchantment to the spectacle.

What can I expect from the Journey into Enchantment Lightshow ?

Experience a mesmerizing 2km drive-thru in Toronto filled with enchanting holiday scenes, music-synced lights, and a sparkling tunnel of wonder! A Journey into Enchantment creates an immersive and joyous Christmas journey like no other, you won’t want to miss it!

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at: 13959 3 Line, Halton Hills, ON, L7J 2L8 (located in Cody's Cows Farm) and 50 Alexander's Crossing, Ajax, ON L1Z 2E6 (Ajax Downs Racetrack South parking lot). Choose your location in the ticket selector.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an outdoor venue. From the comfort of your car, keep warm while enjoying this drive through event.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 30 to 45 minutes.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience is designed to be COVID safe.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes.

Will there be strobe lights?

The video has been identified by Epilepsy Action to potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Viewer discretion is advised.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Please stay in your vehicle at all times unless instructed.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Porta potty is available at each location.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will need to book another ticket.

Can I bring animals?

Yes, but they must remain in the vehicle at all times.

Is there an age requirement?

No, the experience is welcome to all ages.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

No.

Is there parking available?

Yes, but there are limited spots.

What if the weather is bad?

Severe weather if the conditions are unsafe to drive:We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Alcohol, don't drink and drive. No substances that will impair driving: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is dangerous and illegal.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No, it is not possible.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

No, unfortunately.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Journey into Echantment can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
